Bio

I work at the intersection of capital allocation, brand strategy, and operational execution. My background blends early-stage venture work with private capital deployment across consumer, technology, and real assets. I’ve built, scaled, and exited companies quietly, often from zero, occasionally under duress, always with intent.

I invest in relationships as I do in markets: with depth, clarity, and a strong bias for authenticity. I favour asymmetry, tight teams, long cycles, and work that doesn’t need to be explained twice. You won’t find me on panels or Substack, but you might find me cooking for friends or exploring new trails.

B2B SaaS Rollup (2021–2023)

Sourced and integrated four niche SaaS firms under a unified brand. Reduced churn, tripled LTV/CAC, exited to PE at 6.7× EBITDA.

DTC Health Platform (Founder, 2019–2022)

Scaled a wellness brand from zero to $8M ARR. Full-stack build: formulation, fulfilment, brand, and network. Acquired quietly.

Asset-Backed Lending Vehicle (2022–Present)

Structured and co-manage a lending facility focused on hard assets. Work includes due diligence, capital stack, and operator alignment.
